While the office is overall "efficient", ie. on-time, etc., management refuses to initiate a "confirmation call" or texting service to remind patients of appointments. And busy families with teenagers varying schedules absolutely would benefit from this service to their patients. However, unfortunately when it was suggested to the office, their response is that other patients don't have a problem keeping their appointments.
