I have never seen Dr. Li but Jared Brunk is outstanding. Takes histime, informative and compassionate. Office staff is overworked which is obvious. Received a 'no show' bill for 35.00 after I made four calls the day before the appointment, nobody answered at all. Made three calls the morning of to cancel. Got through on the 3rd call. Unique treatment not offered by previous ENT doctors. Diagnosed and treated Vertigo in same visit. Also scheduled for hearing issues for 2 days later. Very impressed with Dr Li and staff.
Dr Li and his entire staff are very professional and efficient. He took the time to carefully explain what he was doing and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He is now my ENT although I hope to stay healthy enough that I don’t have to see him too often!!!
Been seeing Dr Li and Jared for years. Had an appointment that I could not make due to becoming ill the day before. Called the office and only an answering machine was picking up. Left 2 messages the day before and the day of. Never a call back. Now I receive a bill for “no show” for $35.00. Had a wonderful visit with Dr Li He was professional, took his time and explained all my options. It was amazing to find that he was an under study of Dr Richard Miyamoto who actually worked what I considered a miracle when he reconstructed my inner ear and restored my hearing. Dr John Li gave me the same cofidence that I had in now retired Dr Miyamoto. Highly recommend this doctor.
I went to Dr. Li precisely after having gone to another ENT with whom I was dissatisfied. Dr. Li did not know this until after I had discussed my reasons for a visit. He was pleasant, polite, friendly (actually greeted me), listened attentively,and most importantly explained pertinent information and procedures as he examined my ears, nose and throat. I saw Dr. Li, as well as his PA, Jared, and I’m extremely pleased with the treatment for my vertigo as well as the results. Dr. Li takes the time to thoroughly explain, as well as to answer any questions with intelligence and respect. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is courteous and helpful as well.
My vertigo can be scary and debilitating. He properly identified the cause and made the necessary adjustments which allowed me to go back to my normal routine without surgery or medicines. I’ve had three subsequent flare ups in the last ten years. He repositioned my crystals each time and I was able to go back to work he following day. He is exceptional.
I had an 8:30 am appointment so that I could get in and out quickly. At 9:15 am I was still waiting in the doctors exam room. I asked the medical technician what was going on and she said, only after asking her that the doctor would be in in 10 minutes. At 9:25 am I walked out of the room and left. I went to the front desk to ask why I waited one hour and did not see the doctor and a male assistant just walked away. I sent a fax to dr li and no response so I filed this post.
