Literally stole money from us that was to be used as earnest money ($3000). It was to be used for the sole purpose of buying a property. We also gave him a large retainer fee. Never gave him permission to use the earnest money for other things and he literally did nothing for us but contact a couple of people. Then yelled at us on the phone.
