One of the hygienist here cleaned my teeth for 3 years and did not use the scraping tool under my gum line hardly at all. She told me that I took very good care of my teeth and I didn't need it. My next appointment I ended up getting an appointment with a different hygienist, and she said, my teeth were full of plaque underneath the gum line. I was highly upset about this. I just wanted to give Dr.Dermody and the other staff who assisted me on 7/17 a big thank you! I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and procedures and everyone went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I appreciate not being guilted about putting off needed dental work. All the staff are amazing! From the time you walk in everyone is very friendly and on time! I use to hate going to the dent because it would hurt! My hygienist Sally is awesome and doesn’t leave me needing to take Tylenol when I leave! They are the best and I highly recommend them!!
