John C. Flood responded quickly to my plumbing issue. Their tech did an excellent job. Eric McCathran was very considerate and careful. He took his time to diagnose our issue and offered two alternatives for resolution. He carefully made the necessary repairs, doing the work immediately, and managed to fix it without disturbing the tiles. We greatly appreciate his work.

Excellent service and great communication. Despite some issues the scheduler had in communicating the arrival time for the technician, once he arrived and spoke with me about the issues we were having he was able to assess the problem and provide a fix. His name is Eduardo and I highly recommend asking for him when you schedule service or repair.

The technician from John C. Flood, David, was absolutely fantastic. He went through the multiple HVAC systems we have, and explained everything about the systems, how to maintain them, issues he found that could be addressed now and things we can wait to do. I would certainly recommend John C. Flood and will use them again.
