My furnace stopped working about 3 days ago and we've been using space heaters. We reached out to four companies and no one got back to us so we were kind of in a jam. We called and spoke with Natalie who was a very soft-spoken nice young lady and we spoke with Jackie and was a very delightful woman. The Tech David Cannon did a very careful and thorough inspection of our furnace and he found a bird. The entire job cost $159 and I'm satisfied with their work

Nassim serviced my home the day after we called for a toilet that was overflowing. He was informative and he worked quickly to identify the cause and gave me 3 options. I appreciate the quick service and honest feedback Nassim provided. 👍🏽 Now I have peace of mind.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They showed up to my house after we called them to service our HVAC unit! After telling us we needed over 2k in repairs we decided we were going to go ahead and get the service done. After calling multiple times to schedule an appointment they never even bother calling us back! what a BLESSING that was! We ended up finding another company who did the same work for 700 dollars without even charging us for the inspection. Harry was great. Explained issues with our outdoor sump pump and replaced it with expertise! A part he needed was delivered by another truck which is a benefit of a large company. We really like John C Flood!

John C. Flood Plumbing - Javier clearly explained what possible work might need to be done when I had a bathroom sink spray water from the pipes and leak after very cold winter weather. He quickly identified a smaller problem with a pipe under the sink and assured me that more extensive drywall work wouldn't need to be done. He was very helpful and professional on his service call. I highly recommend him for plumbing work!
