Very polite, courteous and professional "I am writing to commend three of your employees, Herb Thacker, Jay and Maggie. Herb did a very good job installing a new sump pump for me. Jay came by a few days later to fix a leak in the check valve for the sump pump. Both men were very polite, courteous and professional. John C Flood of VA Inc does fantastic work!!! I did a search for John C Flood and came across this page for reviews and was quite astounded. I used John C Flood of VA Inc on several occasions and had nothing but great experiences. I am a bit confused. Most recently it was an AC issue and they we prompt, courteous, professional and fixed the problem and my family and I were comfortable again. Lady Bug VERY DISHONEST!!! Save your money and your sanity. This company will rip you off and waste your time. Showed up late!!! Over Charged for their service and difficult to reason with. Terrible Service and VERY RUDE!!!! 30 years living in DC and I have never felt so wronged by a company such as this before.

Absolutely the best service!!!! "I cannot thank you and your staff enough for such a fast, efficient response to my pleas for a new air conditioning unit.... We had already spent a day and evening without air conditioning and it was going on another day of record high temperatures when you came to our rescue. As a business owner, I was pleased to see that another business cared about service as much as we do."
Will P. There is something to keep in mind here. I had a terrible issue with a John C. Flood company. When I called to get it rectified they told me they never did service for me. They advised me there are two different John. C. Flood companies and they are in no way affiliated. So I decided to go with the other John C. Flood Inc. (located on Kennedy St. in DC). John C Flood Saved the Day "I wanted to thank the team at your office for the excellent response and service you provided. I called Saturday with a broken air conditioning unit. Your Service Technician responded Sunday morning, the part was ordered Monday and installed Tuesday afternoon. With upper 90 degree weather, you can imagine just how horrible it was at the house, with a 90 degree temperature!"
CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR LITTLE WORK WOW- they were in my house for 30 minutes and charged $255 for THIRTY minutes of work. all he did was reinstall a wire that fell out of my furnace. I would not call them again!
Great experience so far Having read the last comment I thought I should offer mine. We had our furnace break over the weekend, and Flood had someone out to evaluate the problem within an hour. Within 3 hours of my first call a technician came to replace the broken part. Long story short, but turns out the furnace had lots of other problems so we decided to replace it rather than fix it. Flood had someone come back out -- still the same day as our first call -- and go over options for a new furnace. Techicians arrived Monday ... read more
