HE was very knowledgeable and explained each step he did prior to executing it. The only issue I had was we were supposed to be the first appointment, but ended up being the second.
Working with Javier Ruiz-Gonzalez with John C Flood was an outstanding experience. He has proven to be highly professional, proficient, hard-working, and very patient to walk through all parts of multiple jobs with him. Our family is very pleased with the work done, and we would happily work with him and John C Flood again for any future plumbing needs. It was a real pleasure!
