Francisco discovered a critical problem with my air conditioning unit and worked quickly to repair it. He clearly explained the issue and accurately assessed both the scope of the repair and cost. I will definitely continue to use John C. Flood for any future issues.
Needed repairs done on a condo sink which required coordination with tenant, building engineer (to turn off water), Plumbers Home Office, and field technician. Very satisfied with all parties involved. Plumber's office staff were helpful and courteous and field tech (Nestor) explained the issue, resolution and followed up with phone call to say work was completed to tenant's satisfaction.
