Fardeen was an excellent technician. Very polite, explained what he was doing. First class job!
Excellent customer service from making an appointment thru the completion of the project. I had an old water softener I wanted removed. As you can imagine it was a pretty big job. Two heavy tanks needed unconnected and hauled up the basement stairs. JP was obviously experienced and he was a pleasure to work with.
James did a great job and taught me a few things along the way!
Joshua was fantastic! He answered all my questions, gave great advice on both the best and most budget-friendly options, and made sure I felt confident in the solution. He did good work and cleaned up well after the service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
