Dr. clients’ office was abruptly shut down in the summer of 2025. There was no forwarding information available anywhere so I’m left high & dry w/o a medication refill.
On March 3 2025 I was seen by Dr. Malcolm Symes about the ulcer on my heel. He wrote me a prescriptions Ibuprofen 800mg. On March 7 2025 I took the Ibuprofen I had some reaction and to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. March 14 2025 at 10:30 AM I called Dr. Symes's office spoke to reception asked his nurse to prescribe another medicine that i have been on before & I was told go to the ER or urgent care.
