I called ******* to install a digital thermostat as the place i purchased had a smart thermostat. A technician came over and installed a digital thermostat. A few days later i called ******* again as my ** unit was not working properly. The technician informed me that i need an entire ** unit as the condenser and air handler were of different brands. My two year old airconditioner stopped running and I called the installer, John Cassidy AC, to fix it. On the first call, the technician checked the system and stated everything was fine. I was charge $259. That night the system stopped again. The next day the technician determined that the thermostat was not funtioning properly and replaced it. This company came highly recommended to me, so Im disappointed in the service I received. While the schedulers and technicians were all polite and a technician always came out when I called, the timeframe for the service call was misleading and unacceptably broad; and, more importantly, my air conditioning kept going out between service calls. One technician contradicted the other in terms of what needed to be done. Meanwhile, during the hottest days of summer, I was without air and I kept having to cancel other appointments... read more

John C Cassidy serviced my air-conditioning on Monday and now it is not working on Thursday. They will not come back now without charging me a huge fee, even though I have paid over $1000 for a maintenance agreement for them to come when needed. This is not the first time I have received disappointing service from John C. Cassidy. Customers need to be aware that a )1000+ maintenance agreement means nothing. Dr. Linda Collier

Thank you Brian Schendera for our new 4 ton 2 speed 17seer Trane AC. The improved comfort level and cost savings over our previous Trane is amazing! Charlemagne & Jose did an outstanding installation. Summer is cooler again! Thank you

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I recently purchased a condo, with a New Carrier AC System **** C ******* installed on May 1st, 2019. I felt good about purchasing a condo with AC installed in 2019, assuming I would get 10-15 years out of that system. Sadly, the AC has failed already ( 1 year and 6 weeks after install) due to compressor failure. I have sent two emergency emails to ******* so far, but have not received a response . ******* states on their Website 90% of unit failures within 10 years are preventable with pro... read more
