I had an appointment at 2:30 and arrived promptly at 2:15. At 3:05 I was still not admitted and heard someone else called in for a 2:30 appointment. I asked the receptionist about it and she said that they double book appointment times. WHAT?? Oh, so this is the reason he was running behind. I guess his patients don't mean a lot to him if he's double booking. It's all about the money. No wonder doctors get a bad rap.
