My visit with Dr. John Byrne was very disappointing. The MRI CD I brought wasn’t working, and although the imaging center offered to set up an online portal so the office could access my scans, the nurse said it wasn’t necessary because the doctor would rely on the report. During the appointment, Dr. Byrne appeared unsure about the unclear faxed images but still proceeded without reviewing the actual MRI scans.
