I knew John when he was business manager for Harrison Reno. I worked there first job out of the navy in 1970. When he opened the Fontana shop, it was a Suzuki dealership. I bought parts there for my racing bike. When he left Reno, he took my fave parts guy with him, Marv Klein.

The staff here are knowledgeable in their products . I buy all my parts here unless they direct me otherwise. There no long wait in line for the counter . I have had tires mounted by the service department with issues .

Have had my 2009 Yamaha SHO serviced by them for a few years. Never had a problem with them. In February 2016, I sold my 09 FXSHO and bought a New 2015 FXSVHO. In August of this year my 2015 Yamaha FXSVHO snapped the timing chain. Common problem turns out with 2014 and 15 model year . Greg went out of his way and went above and beyond with Yamaha . 2 months later, I got the boat back with a brand new updated engine. I have since put 5 hrs on it and it runs BETTER than before.
