Purchased a home and repairs were promised and not complete before closing date. On good faith we closed anyway and seven months later I am still chasing them down to complete repairs! Home they sold me has so many underlying issues. Everyone I’ve had out to fix things has said they used below par supplies and even rotting woods with sub par carpentry.
