Hell No!!! This law firm is the worst I have ever hired. Apparently John is not licensed to practice law in Las Vegas and uses local attorneys to qualify his firm. His qualifier was my attorney. She decided to leave his firm to start her own and she totally abandon my case. He assigned a Kristina Black to my case and she is a business attorney and knew nothing of family law. She called my ex wife to discuss my case. Who does that? Then she asked to withdraw 3 weeks from my trial. I had no choice but to accept the withdraw. I... read more
I worked with an attorney with his law firm, Chris Zarek. He didn’t even know how to correctly do a motion. It delayed my case. Then, he didn’t know anything about family law. It turns out he just became a lawyer in 2019. He ruined my case for my children and myself and didn’t seem to care at all. He also yelled and screamed. He was very unprofessional. First off, I would absolutely NOT recommend this law firm to anyone and especially anyone looking for fathers rights advocates. I also would like to say flat out that John Buchmiller and his "Associates" are the prime example of the "shyster. unscrupulous lawyer; swindler. ambulance chaser. cheater. chiseler." type lawyers we hear about and unfortunately get played by.
