I rented from them at 1738 Haight for 4 years. When I moved in, my apartment was freshly painted and in excellent shape. I had very little cause to ask them for anything except for once my freezer wasn’t getting cold enough and I reached out. The unit was replaced in one day. After move out, my security deposit was refunded promptly. Highly recommend them as a landlord and property manager.
