Unfortunately I have to echo what reviewer33 said in 2008 - he/she pretty much took the words out of my mouth. The guy was at my house this morning, and gave me a high estimate (over $300) to look at a water leak. When I asked why it was so high, he said he would have to dig up the water meter, which could be obstructed by roots (there is a tree nearby).
