Ah, Freedumb (TM)! If what the John Birch Society and its ilk want is "freedom," give me and all of us what they often deem "socialism" or even "communism." What they really want to impose on most of us is "freedom" only for themselves and their rich and/or right-wing friends and serfdom for the rest of us.

I have heard a lot of good things about the John Birch Society but just learned that they are against the Convention of States for Article V. I would like to know their reasoning. Please someone let me know.
It is a great organization. I have been a member for over 50 years and plan to be a member as long as I live. I have been a member when I lived in Louisiana, Virginia and Arizona.I have known members in each state and they are and were the finest and solidest American citizen. There is no finer organization that has done more or is still doing more to awaken the American people to the dangers of the New World Order.
