While doing the usual furnace maintenance, the service agent passed out and was unconscious on the floor. Medical emergency came and managed to revive the agent. The service representative is being withheld from driving the Betlem service truck. Repeated calls to Betlem for over an hour have resulted in absolutely NO response for what is an emergency.
