We needed to relocate from Houston, TX to San Diego in 2024, and John was a great help with this move. We first met John at an open house during a 2023 visit to San Diego, and he graciously volunteered extra time to chat with us, and give us an impromptu tour of the condo complex. John was so thoughtful in helping me purchase my first home. He always made room in his schedule for a tour or phone call, and answered my many questions about my new home and navigating all of the paperwork.
