Every time I’m there, the wait is SO long. While I get in in a fairly reasonable amount of time, the wait is more than 3 times longer than what they tell me! It’s so frustrating

Dr. Beretzka was my surgeon for cataract surgery. From the very first meeting to the very last he was committed to my care and provided excellent treatment. He was professional, compassionate, and extremely thorough in his treatment of my cataracts. He was supportive regarding my concerns and went to great lengths to attend to my anxiety about certain aspects of the surgery. I had complete confidence in him and in the surgery staff in general.
I had to wait an hour between eye exam and seeing the doctor. This has happened at other times for the same doctor.
Josh & Carter were wonderful and friendly.Finish all the exams by 4:00 and was told Dr wouldbe with me shortly. After waiting 45min I found staffto see if they forgot me.
He asked what I was concerned about since my last clinic visit, and gave clear, concise answers to my questions. We discussed options, time frame for issues to be solved, how long the procedures would take, and how soon I could expect to see results from procedures. Excellent communication and relationship/patient skills.
From the moment I walked in the office, I was treated as a unique individual. The optical assistant, Melanie, took the time to listen to my concerns and accurately relayed them to Dr. Berestka.Dr. Berestka took time to examine me and in easy to understand terms, educate me about my condition.
