Dr Bedell is an excellent doctor, my whole family sees him. Office is busy, staff always tries to help. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Bedell is great unfortunately, Impossible to get an appointment when you are ill!! The office staff recommends a patient see an urgent care facility unless they want to wait 10 days for an appointment opening!!!
Business response:
As of march my office has been converting over to electronic medical records. This has been a very big undertaking for us and has resulted in us having to see less patients per day, which is not something we wanted but had no choice. As of now things have improved and my patient visits per day has increased. I apologize for this inconvenience but is something that needed to be done in order to comply with the affordable care act.
Dr Bedell is nice when I visit the office. I do take issue after a recent visit, I called his office for two weeks to discuss blood work results and he did not call me back. The front desk told me he is very busy and if I have a question I need to make an appointment. What doctor doesn't call patients back? For that reason, I will look for another doctor.
