Hate insurance BUT these guys are good!!! My previous agency had a hard time remembering my name. Your office is the best!! I was looking to be treated with respect and importance. And I was. Kim was the person that I worked with and she took care of the issues that I have. She helped me find what I needed online, answered my questions and made it easy. Since you have to have insurance, this is the place to be.
Like a Good Neighbor... Am thankful for John and his attention to the things I care about. As a trusted friend, he has an ability to go beyond the 'norm' of what might be expected from an insurance agent. I know that he is one that truly cares. Jim has also proven to be very helpful as he has gone out of his way more than once. Thanks guys for your help and for your service. If I am ever in need, I'm glad I will have you in my corner. Not Impressed Well, I wanted to like this agency as we love our State Farm agent in Boulder Colorado. We worked with Kim at this office to facilitate our auto insurance. I just was not impressed, no personal touch at all. She mentioned for me to stop by after we just got to St. Paul, I did and she was not there. I left a message but there was no follow up on her end at all. Also, very short on the phone.
