My truck went in for warranty repairs right before Christmas. David and Tara made sure I had a loaner right away so I wasn't scrambling for a ride. When I asked for something more comparable to my truck they started looking for me right away and were able to provide me with a truck that is nicer than mine to use until the parts come in.
