I was scheduled for them to come out and check out a leak in my roof. The time they gave me for the appointment was 8-10 AM. It is now 1:00 PM. Still no one

If 0 would have went a option, that's exactly what they would have got. First the website says we serve Jackson county and surrounding areas. 3 Days ago I contacted them, they replied with we will be there Monday between 9am and 12pm. At 839am they send me a text saying, I apologize I don't have anyone that services the 62966 area. We'll 62966 is in Jackson County, the same county you say you service. LIARS. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM TO PUT A ROOF ON A DOG HOUSE

I have roof damage from the hail storm.I called John Beal and receptionist said that they don't do roofs in my area. I live in Williamson County on Skyhawk rd. The receptionist said that they don't service my area. I live in the county they service. I will never call them again. Very very bad service
