After a bad rain storm I noticed a small leak, so the first thing I did was go on the web and saw so many roofing companies, I didn’t feel comfortable so I started asking my neighbors for a recommendation and 8 out of 10 recommended John Balken Roofing. John recently replaced the roofs on two commercial properties my family and I own and I could not be happier with his service. We found his prices reasonable and competitive and his communication has been amazing. Any time I had a question or needed something he responded in a timely manner and he was quick to come solve any issues that arose. I would 100% use him again and I highly recommend him.
Balken showed up 2hrs early for appointment. Did not appreciate candor. Told him to stick with timeline and speak with my wife. Told my wife to find another roofing company. Arrogant misrepresentation of a trusted company. Not surprised.
John's crew did an excellent job on our mother's roof. Very professional, roof looks great. Done in a super timely manner. Cleaned up the yard like nothing ever happened here. Thankyou!
