Exceptional. Ward was recommended by many neighbors and John V. came out quickly for the quote and was so knowledgeable and was able to articulate all of the options and considerations. Communication was great throughout and we had a really challenging dead ash that was in a very tenuous location on top of being hundreds of years old. What can I add? All these reviews are great! I'm a garden designer and have dealt with Jim Ward for almost 20 years now. I need a quick response and he delivers. He is very knowledgeable! And after the crew leave the job...it's neat and tidy, just like his proposals says.
