Dr. Stark is a likeable fellow, however when it come to disabilities he feels that after 6 surgeries. 3 on both right and left hand and 2 Elbow right and left, He preformed the last four surgeries and the issues are worse than before, when discussed that I am applying for Disability because I am a Commerical Driver he does not care if I can feel the steering wheel just as long as I can hold on to it. Like one doctor said that's insane
