John was our plumber and he was great. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job turned into an 8 hour job with two trips for parts. He did really great work and was easy to talk to/ask questions. Karen who I booked our appointment with was also very kind and helpful. Will absolutely use them again!
I had problems with my furnace on 2 different occasions and they came right out and fixed it. I would recommend them for any furnace or ac problems that you may have.
I could not be happier with John B. Simpson company. I had them install plumbing and mini splits for a new construction project. They basically walked me thru the project from permitting to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone. I plan on using them for my next build as well.
He showed up quickly. Fixed our cracked pipe. Even chatted with my four year old about fishing. Stellar service. Highly recommend!!!
