While away our furnace suddenly quit heating and sent a message saying it had gone below the threshold temperature set. Called John B Simpson and they were onsight within a couple of hours, figured out the problem and had us up and running in minutes. We can't say enough good things about their timely response and quick resolution of the problem. Everyone we have ever worked with there have been outstanding! Thank you!!
This company is wonderful! Office staff is always friendly and helps with any questions. We now have a new softener and hot water heater. The men who brought them made sure they cleaned up and did a great job.

We used John B Simpson for plumbing issues first and then had them remove our octopus furnace and install an HVAC system. We have been very pleased with their work.
John was our plumber and he was great. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job turned into an 8 hour job with two trips for parts. He did really great work and was easy to talk to/ask questions. Karen who I booked our appointment with was also very kind and helpful. Will absolutely use them again!
