I was referred to Dr. Schenck office and his nurse had a serious bad attitude towards me. She did not show me any kind of respect. I don't know what happened I didn't deserve the treatment that at all. I came in with an open mind. This is my first and last visit. I was so disturbed. SRMC doctor's and nurse's don't know customer service at all. It's all about the money. The doctor didn't give me option. Insulin needles are not for everyone. I prefer pills or tablets. Thankful for Dr. Schenck and his help with controlling my diabetes.... he is pleasant, encouraging and takes time with his patients...I am blessed to have him as my doctor...
I would highly recommend Dr. Schenck to anyone with diabetes. He is always patient and kind. Never rushes me and is very thorough with his exam and my care. He always makes sure he answers all my questions and concerns.
