If I could give negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, they WILL SCAM you. The smooth talking attorney I initially consulted (John Miller), I never heard from again. Instead, he passes you off to an inept underling who works incredibly slow on your case (and mine was straightforward, boiler -plate, easy). Terrible. I ended up doing everything myself. They lost papers I fedexed. They filed incorrect info with the probate court. Now they owe me $700 and been waiting 6 months for refund. Run. Run fast.
Robert Glaze should not be practicing law. He lied to us about the procedures of probate court. He failed to file the necessary petitions after several back and forth attempts of sending us the incorrect forms. He does not understand technology. John B Miller is arrogant and his firms billing practices are deceptive and repetitive. These people only care about stringing your case along to continue to bill you for doing nothing. Do not hire them
