Lauren the secretary at the front desk is not honest and does not follow through on insurances. My husband was not notified until the third visit that they did not take his insurance. My husband specifically asked question when he got his new insurance. Apparently they use to take his insurance but had stopped. That’s her mistake. If your office manager doesn’t know what insurances you take that’s a HUGE PROBLEM!
RecommendedSuper friendly staff, fast service, and Dr. Fontana or John as he prefers is simply a cool stand up kind of guy. Professional with a hint of a comedian lol. Will recommend this place for a beautiful smile and outstanding service. Kudos to the staff! You all are keepers lol.
Simply the Best a man who knows his craft and he practices it like a pro. He is very personable and he gives the greatest advice that you can have and he is not in the business to try to rip you off. Dr Fontana is one of Wilmington best dentist truly top-notch

Been going to Dr Fontana for many many years. He has always displayed professionalism and concerned when I was in his office. Though his office personnel changed over the course of time I have always been treated with respect.
He is caring, expert at what he does, explains what he is doing, and is reassuring. Top notch dentist!
