Dr. John B.Dorsey has been my doctor for over 20 years. I love his staff they are the greatest, and his Office Manager and her Staff including the girls in the Business Office and Physical Therapy are outstanding! Sometimes you may have a little, but it's worth it you can count on that... And, there's not a better Orthopedic Surgeon in Laguna Hills, Ca that you can count on than Doctor Dorsey, "he who believes in taking care of his patients."

Nightmare. My orthapedic surgeon said Dorsey isn't allowed to operate. He appears to of had a stroke & cant talk. He always has a medical assistant do his office visits. This is medical malpractice, as he's billing & advertising like a surgeon. Run & find a better Doctor . His Staff was awful too & wasted my time. Report to medical board , its medical malpractice!! I was upset my lawyer sent me to this man & I got a better orthapedic surgeon & it was the difference between night & day !! Scary experience
The receptionists are so rude, in specific Maria Elena she doesnt know how to be profesional , she was yelling to me, the waiting time for appointments is 3-4 hours , the only one good thing about this office is the doctor, really nice!
