Staff was all nice and very professional, Dr. Mark is GREAT! However, a day before my appointment I received a call from the office manager regarding me not having insurance and I would have a balance due prior to my service. After asking for clarification as I was just seen 3 weeks ago and gave them my insurance information and went over my procedure and was quoted one price to now everything has changed.
