Personally, he is a very nice, personable individual and seems to be a competent doctor. However, I am extremely frustrated and annoyed by the fact that nearly every month, I have to go through a huge hassle with getting my medication refills. I've been told that I can't stop taking a particular medication cold turkey, but the pharmacy won't refill it without the doctor's orders and the doctor's office is often closed when I call (and this is not a weekend call), so I'm put in the potentially dangerous position of having to ... read more
First few time I saw him was very nice. Last visit was a total waste of time. The other Dr I would highly recommend
First visit and I love him. He took time and understood my needs. I look forward to him being my new Florida doctor.
Couldn’t get medicine refill even though I was in the last tablet. Scheduling lady (very questionable character backed up by his doctor) cared only about the office process and not about my health. These doctors should be banned to practice. They swear to help patients but all they care is their bottom line.
Dr Muenz was terriblle, he was a waste of money. He did not help me one bit. I’m very unsatisfied.
Dr. Muenz discharged my husband from his care knowing full well my husband would be out of pain medicine and would be in withdrawal. He did not like my husband's demeanor..imagine a patient with a 40 yr chronic pain condition not being happy...Dr. Muenz is a disgrace
This man was a complete JERK. ANTI-PAIN MEDS, HE DID NOT SPEND 30 SECONDS WITH ME BEFORE TREATING ME LIKE A DRUG-SEEKER. HE WAS AWFUL. AWFUL!
