Its ashame you have to sit for 2 hours, only to be told you cant get help no shot in knee. But charged my insurance over a thousand dollars, for a shot i didn't get. Then get a bill thats 267.00 , I have insurance good blue cross nlue shield, medicare insurance. I have a 30 co pay ,,, then you have to pay co insurance,,, no one told him that one shot would cost over a thousand dollars... I just dont understand.. I guess I will have to go somewhere else.. thanks for nothing...

I have a sprained ankle or worse? And have been hurting bad after 6wks.and was referred to him.they had me drive to tullahoma hospital to get records then take to decherd. Just to see when he should see me. Then calls me the next day saying I'm not hurt enough to get help from him and drive my gas out again to get my X-rays.how is a patient not hurt enough to be seen?
Attention friends in Franklin County: You will not find a better qualified, compassionate, competent orthopedic doctor in our area!! Dr. Arnold has done surgery on my husband and son, and if I had any issues— I would not hesitate calling him! Folks driving to other places are totally missing out on the best and highest quality of care right here at home!! Not only did Dr Arnold do their surgery, but got them back to running wide open in half the time! # THE VERY BEST ORTHO !! ❤️
Today was my first day meeting Dr John he did the injection in my knee I will be doing therapy he was very polite to me and very gentle and absolutely walked me through the injection. He also listened to what I had to say I couldn't ask for a better doctor having good manners so thank you we will see how this goes and I will see you in 2 months
