Nice funny gentleman that we worked with
From beginning to end, every level of incompetency. Repeatedly asking for documents that they’ve already received, making many monetary mistakes until getting to the finish line, and very confusing people to work with. Multiple sales with the same buyers and sellers, yet they never seem to have(or keep) the necessary documents, dragging on the closing time.
