John Adams Mortgage is completely incompetent and horrible to work with. The Loan Officer at this location told us that we could get a 203k loan and close on a house within 60 days. Now, 3 aggravating months have passed, we sold our current home, and John Adams Mortgage continues to delay the closing date. No one (not even the JAM President) can commit to a date or explain the multiple 2-3 week delays.
