absolutely the best oncologist. he Is very thorough and always spends the time to explain what is happening with your health issues.
Dr. Adams cares deeply about his patients welfare, not just treating them. He takes the time to answers EVERY question asked in a way you will understand. He wants your input. He wants you involved in the treatment process. He doesn’t sugar coat the facts, but he gives you the belief that he is doing everything he can to help you get through this. He is an amazing doctor.
Dr. Adams is a very compassionate and direct professional. His honesty is greatly appreciated when dealing with cancer. I highly recommend him if you are faced with kind of challenge.
I have follicular lymphoma and I could not possibly have picked a better oncologist to help me on this journey than Dr. Adams. He is both an oncologist and a hematologist, but best of all, he's a human being! I actually enjoy being his patient. I feel like we are partners in this and that's what I needed. I didn't like the oncologist I've used at TX Oncology and I'd only used her for annual check-ups. So when my cancer recently came back, I researched other doctors in the TX Oncology system and read the reviews for Dr. John Adams. Then I called the Arlington office where there are many oncologists in the same office and ask which one had the best bedside manners and listened well to their patients. Dr. Adams is wonderful! Doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to my care. Tells me exactly what he thinks we need to do, and explains everything to me in detail. I feel very confident in Dr. Adams and his management of my case. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Iron infusion treatment
Dr. Adams is probably the honest Dr I have ever met. Given my diagnosis (terminal) he assured me that he was out to give me the best quality of life. He has achieved that. I feel like my old self - minus I have terminal cancer. I CHOOSE to live with his support and TRUSTED guidance. We have frank and honest discussions about my treatment. I never wish anything like this on anyone, but if it occurs, he's your man. He is in your corner. Treatment is for YOU.
