The first time I went to the dentist, the staff seemed friendly and the service was simple and painless. The next time I went, John Wright was friendly, but his staff treated me like I was stupid. They took more time telling me about different payment options (which I didn't need because I already knew how I wanted to pay) than telling me what kind of work they wanted to do on my teeth.
