Dr Stauffer leaped into action in effort to save my life by performing a Whipple procedure which went extremely well in every way. I do believe he has saved my life! He has exuded confidence in my prognosis while being honest at all times also. His skills as a surgeon are outstanding, and his care and conceen is both obvious and legitimate. Having Dr Stauffer as my surgeon has been an incredible gift and a blessing beyond words! I’m forever grateful to Dr Stauffer.
Searching for the right surgeon can be extremally stressful, and for good reason your life's in their hands. Dr Stauffer is nothing short of amazing. His bedside manner is great. His knowledge and honesty is what we were hoping to find. The entire experience was better than expected. He preformed the Wipple procedure when others gave little hope.
I have a feeling it is among the simplest of surgeries in Dr. Stauffer's skill set, but I can report the recovery from the laparoscopic bilateral hernia repair he conducted on me was eons above expectations. Literally zero complications and aside from following the normal restrictions, was back to 100% in a matter of days.
You can study, research, dream and pray that you pick the perfect doctor for you and your health problem. In Dr Stauffer, you have the one. Brilliant surgeon, down to earth in clearly communicating with his patients, excellent results and a 5 Star rating. I believe he saved my life 4 weeks ago, with prompt response and analyzation of my problem, instant surgical recommendation, followed by successful surgical procedure, completed 3 days later. I was truly blessed to be treated by Mayo Clinic and especially Dr. Stauffer!!!
Excellent doctor. Thorough, aggressive, and very caring, and a nice guy. He performed the IRE procedure on me in December of 2020 and has most likely added years to my life. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stauffer to anyone!
Dr. Stauffer is an extremely talented surgeon. He is very intelligent and has a great bedside manor. I highly recommend him.
Dr Stauffer saved my life! He performed an extremely complicated whipple procedure that involved tumor removal within the celiac process. He handpicked his surgical team (including vascular repair surgeons) and worked on me for 12 hours. A truly amazing surgeon, very caring, considerate and extremely intelligent and confident professional. Work with him, his staff, follow his prep instructions and you will come out a survivor!
