Very rude dr. I came in to pick up my records as he didn’t take my new ins and I waited 2 hours to get them. I think that was very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t come here if I was you because if your on public aid he doesn’t even do a vision check up correctly. He has you leave your glasses on and checks your vision. The receptionist is very rude when you ask her questions on the phone and in person. It’s like you’re bothering her by asking her a question. He takes 2 weeks to call in your refill.
