Whoever the women in charge of calling people about debts is an absolute piece of work. She is beyond rude and condescending. I understand this is her day job but having ZERO customer service skills is ridiculous. The minute I disagreed with what she was accusing me of she started to talk down to me. Overall definitely not someone who should be in charge of collecting money with the attitude she has.
