The owner came to the house to discuss remodeling the bathroom. It would be a total gut job with new shower, remove the tub, had a window, new double sinks and new closet. He was there 1 hour measuring and taking pictures. We talked about two different plans. Over 2 months later he never called. I called and there were excuses made about not having my phone number. Of all the contractors we engaged with for estimates when we were planning our kitchen remodel, John Lavorgna offered the highest quality product, and most efficiently zeroed in on the best kitchen layout for our family. His demeanor, professionalism, and flexibility were outstanding. He and his wife graciously made concessions to accommodate my wife and I to visit their showroom at times that we could find a sitter to watch our kids. Just be aware you might be wasting your time contacting Lavorgna Kitchens. Honestly, things started off well. They actually called us back unlike other contractors we had contacted. Made an appointment to come and review our list of updates and take measurements. That is pretty much where the positive experience ends. We were told that they were “very busy” so it might be a few weeks before they could give us estimates. After a few weeks, we were able to speak to a live person that John was still working on it.
