My experience today with the receptionist 5/21 around 2pm is the reason for the 3 star rating. I tried calling on my way to the appointment at least 3x's only to reach a machine. I left a message stating I was stuck in traffic one I40 at the moment. I hadn't been seen in 6 months. I told the very rude women that my appt. had past. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting area. She rolled her eyes while shaking her head and said you'll have to reschedule. The environment of the office was clean, friendly, and calming. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I appreciated that appointments seemed to be spread out between patients so the waiting room only had one to two people in it at a time during my visit. The appointment was punctual. I had a great experience, and I will recommend Dr. Gantt to others that need a dermatologist.
