Took my mother (who has Dementia) for her 11:30 appointment (after having to wait 2 months for the appointment) 1. Was not notified ahead of time that needed paperwork to set up new chart. Why wasn't this info transferred from old practice? 2. After waiting 50 minutes PAST our scheduled appointment time I asked person at window how much longer it would be. She went to check which took another 10 minutes only to be told that there were still THREE patients still ahead of me! I left office. I will find another doctor who is mo... read more
Don't go here on there website they have a reputation for sending you to the wrong office or not having appointment that happened to me I had appointment on October 5th went to my appointment couldn't find them called them and they told me I had appointment on 9-23 even though they called me Friday October 2nd to remind me of my appointment.
