John is so patient and understanding. I was in a car accident about 2 years ago and I chose John to represent me after just having one small conversation with him. I had no idea what to expect next in the process of getting medical bills paid and John took care of it all! He didn’t mind to “dumb” things down for me either. He always answered the phone or was quick about calling me back, even if I had a simple question. Do yourself a favor and call John to see what he can do for you.
