Awful after hours Dr Norman and unused to have temp refill but not this time went to er and they listen to Dr Norman the pain clinic make me suffer no pain mesds for few weeks from Thanksgiving they are so ridiculously Fake they don't help you manage the pain during after hours or Emergeny situations and I already notified my lawyer.

“Dr” John Dana doesn’t give a DAMN about you. He and “Dr” Robin Ockey run a PILL MILL. That “Dr” had me on upwards of 100 mg a day of oxycodone AND a 75 mc patch of fentanyl which is 50x stronger than HEROINE for months. At Every visit I told him the nerve pain was only getting worse and worse. The physical therapist I saw at the same clinic recorded my increasing inability to do even the most basic exercises. After a car accident in 2003, I've been a patient of pain clinics. I've never felt valued as more than just income until I became a patient of Michael Francis. He truly listens to me, not just at the first few visits when establishing a relationship, but EVERY TIME I visit. He listens, and values my input about my care. Being injured can make you feel completely out of control, so being able to have someone carefully listen, and have a conversation about my care, rather than just a lecture, is truly a wonderful thing!

Dr. Dana has been a very patient, kind, and consistent pain management/addiction recovery specialist. He has taken the time to listen to my concerns, considered them before making a final decision, and has helped me reach my goals!
