It's a really bad doctor
Dr Boudreau seems to care so little for his patients that if he isn't able to pawn the patient off on some other healthcare provider, he simply won't provide those aspects of care for which there may be complications. I unfortunately was in an accident and Dr. Boudreau was my surgeon. He tended to a broken leg, and amputated the majority of one of my fingers.
