Nancy JOHANSON is the best!! We lived in our home for almost 25 years and selling our home was a bit scary not knowing the process. But Nancy put us at ease and made everything seamless. She sold our house within a week at a price we didn’t even think was possible. She has lived in the area and knows the area which was a plus. She is such a professional and yet very personable at the same time. We would highly recommend her and are thankful she was there when we were ready to move!!

Nancy is a great realtor who runs a great company. We recently sold our property "as-is" to an outside investor. We had contracted with Nancy as our seller's agent and I'm glad we did! The outside group had everything weighted toward the buyer and expected a lot of stuff from the seller that we weren't used to. Nancy patiently walked us through all the twists and turns, sympathized with our frustrations, talked us back "off the ledge" a few times but--in the end--the deal went through and the house sold well above our asking... read more
