I lived there almost three years. I paid my rent on time and maintained my property. When I moved, before the CD-19 virus, they would not return my deposit immediately, said they had 30 days to do so. It is now over 6 weeks, despite numerous calls I still have not received my deposit. I would seriously consider another park if you are planning on moving there. I believe they are using the CD-19 virus as an excuse to withhold my deposit.
My family and I love it here. The office staff are amazing and helpful with anything you need and the residents are all great. Very peaceful community that is great for kids.

My family have lived here for a long time. And the reason we do is that it has standards and rules that no other park in the area has. And because of those standards and rules the park is a beautiful neighborhood. The staff are always polite and helpful and really do take pride in their work.
I personally worked for the park, and I can say for certain that each and every staff member care, and do the best job possible to give you an amazing community and a very professional environment. They helped me out! And I appreciate each and every one of them. They Love the Lord and they love their residents!
